Worst travel agency I have ever been to! I travel for work at least 3 time a month and have never had so many problems with a single trip as with the one I organised with them. Staff aren’t helpful and for any requirements they make you come in store for over an hour to get something done. I have use several travel agencies and this one is by far the worst I have ever used. The point of having a travel agent is to make your life easier and for them to worry about organising the small details and handling all the paper work.. but not escape travel they make sure that the entire process is extremely stressful and difficult!. They haven’t handled a single detail of this trip without contacting me several times and making me come in store to confirm even though I give approval over email and phone.

Also price they claim to get you the best prices however the travel agent that was allocated to my trip made sure to select the most expensive flights and accommodation with no intention of looking around or finding the best prices around. I had to notify them of lower prices on google for them to match the prices that they “automatically” provide.

My advice to anyone booking a trip in the near future is go to any other travel agency but escape travel. It will ruin your entire holiday experience.
