Hi team, it's really important, vital in fact, that you state the opening and closing hours during public holidays (i.e., Christmas, Boxing Day etc) on your website and Google maps. Stating that "hours can be affected" is just not good customer service. Thank you.

Thank you very much for responding and clarifying my above query re: opening/closing hours over the holiday period. Now that's really great customer service!! Try to keep on top of the cleanliness of the premises and you will be an exceptional service. Last time I was there, the floor was covered with wads of hair and "tumble weeds" of dust and lint. The tops of the machines were also very, very dusty, there was hair and dust on the rims of the machines and the folding tables had food & drink stains on them. I know that most people haven't been taught how to respect other people's space (nor to respect your premises). For those of us however that do like a clean laundry environment and do respect the service you provide and your outlet...and want to continue using it, please let the cleaning crew know that they need to step up and take pride in their work as they are representing your company.
